Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of competition licensing requirements for participation in all types of SCCA competition requiring licenses or permits.

Guides members and prospective members through the permitting or licensing procedure. Serves as an advocate for members in settling licensing issues with the National Office, the SEDIV Driver Licensing Official and the SEDIV Solo I Steward.

Keeps a stock of Club Racing Novice Permits. Issues those permits after assuring that all requirements have been met.
