Maintains a list of CR SCCA members, a mailing list for them and an e-mail address list for all who have one. Communicates the updated lists to board members and the Newsletter Editor bi-monthly.

Handles questions about membership for members and prospective members. Resolves membership questions with the national office. Handles the signing up of new members.

Greets each new member with a letter or e-mail informing them of what we offer and welcoming them to CR SCCA. Sends a list of new members to the secretary each month to be published along with the meeting minutes.
