Provides the CR SCCA with expertise on SCCA policy affecting registration for region events. Maintains a current knowledge of that policy by attendance at registrar training and use of published information.

Trains CR SCCA event registrars in policy and procedures as needed. Assures that each is aware of the affect correct registration procedures have on future cost of participation in our events.

Advises event chairs when procedures at an event fail to fully meet requirements so that they can participate in corrections.

Works with event registrars and the web master to assure that online registration procedures fill needs of competitors and CR SCCA.

Maintains the permanent files of waiver forms for CR SCCA.
