Coordinates the Solo I and Solo II schedules with the Activities Director and with surrounding regions. Coordinates the regions efforts to obtain use of and keep good Solo I and II sites. Works with site owners to see that our relations stay positive and that their expectations are met or exceeded.

Organizes events or assures that another capable organizer is in charge. Assures that adequate staffing is arranged for events and does training if needed. Assures adequate equipment and supplies are available to run events properly, or that the event organizer has arranged for these items. Makes certain plans are in place for events that are Safe, Fun and Fair.

Arranges for sponsorship when feasible. Arranges for Sanction and Insurance. Works with Activities Director to arrange for awards. Publicizes events by web pages, ours and others, and maybe by e-mail and other means.

Assures that results and CR SCCA Solo I & II points are promptly reported to web master. Keeps the region advised of the status of the Solo programs by reports at meetings, newsletter articles and web page reports.

Advises the CR SCCA board on Solo competition policy. Maintains communications with the SEDIV Solo Steward.
