February 25, 2001 -- Carl Blevins took part in this event, in dual roles. He worked corners during the driving school. This was another of those events where the driver gets credit for two schools when he only did one. Cheats the student driver of experience he needs and cheats racers out of the ability to know that those on the track with him have benefited from the two driving schools that the rules "require". On Sunday, Carl entered the Regional race in his ITC Honda Civic. He qualified up front in ITC, and stayed there for the win. His competition in class was another Honda and a Fiat roadster.
