February 16, 2002 -- Manchester, TN

Several people from Chattanooga attended the St. Valentines Day Massacre Rally put on by the Tri-Lakes Sports Car Club in Manchester, Tennessee.  It was a Tulip T.S.D. rally. Mike and Janice Strawbridge finished first in the Computer Class and first overall.  Robert Harvey and Tom Greig were 4 points behind the Strawbridge's for second in the Computer Class and overall.  Twenty-seven cars entered this rally.  The NASCAR Class and "What, Me Worry" Class were slightly more popular than the Computer Class.
